The task of the service is to receive unstructured data:
drawings, reports, documents, certificates, receipts, invoices, invoices, acts, recognize them and form a structured digital database based on them for further processing and analysis.
One of the areas of work of the service is assistance in the management of real estate.
The READPDF service accumulates unstructured data from customers (contracts, invoices, receipts, PDF, photos, scans), creates a structured database from disparate files that describes a real estate object in a cross-section of not only static information: property rights, lease agreements, service agreements, etc., but also dynamic information: energy consumption readings, fees for services, the number of consumers, weather conditions. This service is called the digital passport of the object.
The digital passport is a digital double of the object, i.e., it fully reflects the object in terms of legal purity, resource costs, cost of ownership and operation. Having already structured data, the service analyzes the actual cost of resources and makes a forecast of costs for the future, based, among other things, on the behavioral factors of tenants/users of real estate.
The second block of the service is the involvement of regional companies that specialize in repairs and installation of equipment, so that they implement proposals to optimize the operation of engineering equipment directly from the client. The service will redirect customers to regional specialized companies so that they provide services to property owners directly on the spot.
In total,
  • it first collects data,
  • then analyzes it,
  • generates reports,
  • makes a forecast on resource costs (energy efficiency)
  • and brings it to regional specialists who fix or adjust the operation of equipment.
The service is under development.
