This case shows how we create a configuration of an operator building with control room and sales area for a company which has more than 200 gas stations. This building format is one of three other formats: 20 m2 and 80 m2. The model includes all internal engineering networks: ventilation, heating, power supply, video surveillance, access control systems. The premises are furnished with furniture, plumbing equipment, furniture and equipment for the sales area. From the digital model, design documentation drawings, plans, structural diagrams, components and parts were developed. The drawings show diagrams of water supply and wastewater systems. The model was checked for collisions and other design errors. Based on the digital model, specifications for materials and equipment were generated.
