The BIM model of the theater was developed in order to control design decisions as part of the reconstruction of the existing building and the addition of a new theater building to it. In the digital model, decisions were made to strengthen the aboveground part of the building and strengthen the rubble foundations with piles. The model also includes an extension to the reconstructed building with the main auditorium. The model received a positive expert opinion along with the design documentation
